BENNETT RIDGE RESIDENCE

One of several major fires, the Nunns fire tore thru the Sonoma Valley and central Sonoma County in October, 2017. Near the base of Bennett Mountain, many homes were lost. The Bennett Ridge residence is rebuilt on the site of the original home, edging the scenic Annadel-Trione State Park and overlooking the small town of Glen Ellen to the Southeast. The new configuration of the interior places the living spaces and master bedroom areas on a single level with direct access to outdoor living space. Additional bedrooms for family and guests are tucked below. The project is currently under construction and planned for completion in 2020.
