MID-CENTURY REMODEL

Our client's self-dubbed "Mid-century Hacienda" was in need of some attention and care. Together, we developed a concept design and layout including a minimal kitchen area remodel and simple finish upgrades to take advantage of the good bones of the era house, and to keep the renovation on budget. The solution better connects kitchen, dining and living spaces while navigating an existing central shear wall and negotiating step down to the sunken family room. The project is an example of Bisbee A+D's capability to quickly provide visualizations and conceptual design services.
