YUBA COLLEGE CLEARLAKE CAMPUS

This project was completed while Design Principal with a prior firm. The Master Plan and Program phases of this complex project for Yuba Community College brought together stakeholders from administration and facilities, as well as, each department within the faculty. Early involvement of the entire stakeholder group in the planning process helped assure a positive outcome for the Campus rebuild. Additionally, the project was delivered collaboratively thourgh a Lease-Leaseback process with the Contractor. The 26,000 square-feet of new construction in 3 buildings was completed in 2012. Primary uses include Student Center, Administration, Library, Classrooms, Science Labs, Culinary Arts and Cafe. New campus buildings are woven into the oak woodland setting and context without compromising the character of the existing campus.
