LAKE CENTER

This project was completed while Design Principal with a prior firm. The new Mendocino College Lake Center Campus has become a vital part of the Lakeport community. The main Lobby Commons is filled with natural daylight. The space offers students a central gathering space and study hall with views to the surrounding terrain. The organization of the project site is also configured to bring people together. A central courtyard marks the heart of campus and visually connects people to the surrounding mountains, hills and oak woodlands. The project includes 7 acres of new site development and 15,500 square-feet of new campus buildings. Visit Architect Magazine online for their Lake Center design award feature.
