NORTH COUNTY CENTER
This project was completed while Design Principal with a prior firm. Mendocino College’s new Learning Center in Willits is a community resource. Students living and working in the Northern part of Mendocino County now have a comfortable and welcoming Center close to home. The interior and exterior spaces of the Center are rich in detail and use natural materials, reclaimed wood, and rusticated metals to mesh with the local character of the town. We are convinced that students in our public institutions deserve a chance to succeed. The North County Learning Center offers students access to technology, open study space, beautiful classroom spaces, and the feel of home as the framework for their future. The 6,800 square-foot Center was completed in 2013.
