PROJECT: NAPANOOK WINE STORAGE

I wanted to share some views of a new wine storage building completed last year for Napanook wines produced by Dominus Estate. The 6600 square-foot refrigerated warehouse building is located on winery property in beautiful Yountville, in the heart of Napa Valley. The matte-finished dark metal cladding blends with the oak-studded landscape and with existing utility and agricultural structures at the site. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building by Butte Construction, with GMH Builders as the General Contractor. A rooftop solar array produces power to off-set energy use by the winery.
